Austin and I have been the road trip king and queen this month. It has been so nice to spend so much time with him. We have such opposite schedules normally that it seems we only see each other for a few minutes a day and I think it was really starting to wear on both of us. So, these little road trips have been just what the doctor ordered and such a blessing. No near-death experiences this time! We had a really great time on this road trip. Austin had to drop a boat off in California and then pick one up in Arizona so I decided to join him for the ride. I can't believe what a beautiful journey it was. It is always beautiful in California, but it seemed extra colorful, sunny and lush this time of year. The landscape changes so drastically throughout california, arizona and utah it was amazing!! Driving through Paige, Arizona and by Lake Powell I couldn't help but wish we could just put the boat in and go for a ride! It was gorgeous!!
