Here I come to save the day!!!

Okay, so it's WAY past Halloween, but I just downloaded these pics and they were way too good! My co-worker, Seth, took them and photo-shopped a couple. My nick-name at work is Mighty Mouse. I got that nick-name a few years back while I was transferring a rather large patient into his wheelchair. He didn't think I could do it, and when I proved him wrong (quite easily I might add) he dubbed me Mighty Mouse. As most of you know, I'm 5'2" on a good day, but I'm very fiesty and with the right technique I can lift, move, push and whip any of my patients into shape, any day. So, I decided to dress the part for Halloween this year. We always have a great time at work and Halloween was no exception. Below, you'll see the incredible Hulk, Batgirl, Lucille Ball, a guitar hero, some goulish guys, one nerd and oh, yeah, Napolean Dynamite!!! Gosh!

A Twilight "Suck"-cess!!!

Well, suck it most definitely did not, but there were some sucking scenes, LOL! We had sooooo much fun! As some of you know from previous posts, my mom, sister and I decided a few months ago to reserve an entire theater for the movie "Twilight" on opening day. We were all sitting around talking about how much we love Twilight, but weren't willing to fight the crowds to get tickets and most definitely weren't willing to wait in line for hours to get a decent seat. So began our fun adventure of throwing a big Twilight screening for us and 162 of our closest friends and family. The night began with apple shaped sugar cookies (compliments of my sisters) and various party favors and prizes. Then ended at my moms house with a Twilight after party. It turned out so much better than I had ever dreamed. Everyone had a great time and we all ooooed and awed at Edward and Carlisle!!! Wow, Carlisle!! My sisters, mom, and I wore our favorite Twilight Tees and I "vamped" up my make-up just for fun. If you've seen the movie, go see it again!! It was way better the second time. (Yes, I've already seen it twice.) Take my word for it, it's worth another ticket.

My mom did an awesome job on the after party and had great decorations, yummy food and an incredible red velvet cake decorated for Twilight!! Thanks mom, you're the best!

Get ready everybody, because Summit Entertainment announced they are definitely doing the sequel, "New Moon"!!! Here we go again! Thanks to the Amara girls, my sisters, mom and everyone who came and made it a night to remember. Love you all!!

A "little" Girls Night Out

There is this cute family down the street from me with 5 adorable little girls. A couple nights ago, their mom (who is a really good friend of mine) and I had this fun girls night out with another of our friends and her daughter. They are so dang cute and I had sooooo much fun!!! I can't wait to have a little girl of my own.

We ate pizza, salad and dessert, painted our fingers and toes, and had a lot of fun being silly. Their mom told me that her 5 year old, Summer, told her that I was a "hot number". LOL!! Oh my gosh, how could I resist that!? I love 'em.
