Diet Woes

I am done!!! Done!! I officially quit this diet...ha ha. I didn't last long. I can't do it. It is too hard, at least for me. I am miserable, depressed and deprived. I am making an appointment today with a fertility specialist and I'll just go that route. Hey, at least I lasted 6 weeks on that diet so I know I gave it a good go. But in that time I never felt better, my energy level kept getting lower and lower. I love to eat and life is too short not to enjoy simple little pleasures like good food!
